Pitch Training
Pitches that get to the ask
I have sat on both sides of the table. I have pitched, and I now review deal flow and due diligence for European deep tech funds. Most decks fail for the same three reasons, and none of them are design.

Startups
Seed to Series B
We work on structure, narrative, data presentation, and delivery so you walk into investor meetings knowing what you are asking for.
VCs & Investors
For your portfolio companies
Group sessions or 1:1 coaching before the next round. The goal is fewer decks that bury the ask.
M&A Boutiques
For your clients
Help clients present the company during an M&A process. Clear narrative, clear value, prepared for hard questions.
Fund Managers
LP fundraising decks
Sharpen the thesis, the track record, and the ask so LPs can repeat your story after the meeting.
Approach
The deck comes last
We start with the question you are actually asking the investor to say yes to. Most founders cannot articulate it in one sentence. Until they can, slides are decoration.
Then we cut. Then we rebuild the order. Then we rehearse delivery until you stop apologising for your own material. Design is the easy part, and we leave it until the end.

What founders say
“I argued with him about that deck for weeks. Then he took it apart and I finally saw what was wrong with it. We went out with his version, and the company was acquired.”
“He made me be precise about what I was actually asking for. I had raised before and sold companies before, and it still changed the pitch. We closed three million inside two weeks.”
